Dr. Fai Alkhnfoor earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Riyadh Elm University
in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She was awarded a full scholarship to complete a three-year
orthodontic residency at the Georgia School of Orthodontics, where she developed a strong
foundation in comprehensive orthodontic care.
Motivated by a desire to better serve children with complex needs, Dr. Alkhnfoor pursued
additional specialized training in craniofacial orthodontics. She completed a one-year
craniofacial fellowship at Case Western Reserve University and served as a fellow at
University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. During this time, she gained extensive experience
treating patients with craniofacial conditions, syndromes, and special healthcare needs.
Dr. Alkhnfoor is committed to delivering individualized, patient-centered care and takes
pride in helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles in a supportive and
compassionate environment. She is fluent in both Arabic and English, allowing her to
connect with and care for a diverse patient population.
Outside of work, Dr. Alkhnfoor enjoys volunteering, staying active through pickleball and
snowboarding, and traveling to explore new cultures.
